Role Description

Join as a Senior Web Automation Engineer (5 10 years experience). Build/maintain web test frameworks with Cypress/Playwright, handle UI/API automation, CI/CD, and lead juniors through code reviews and best practices. This initiative focuses on transforming manual testing efforts into a high-efficiency AI-powered automation suite. The framework will leverage AI-driven capabilities to generate manual test cases and automate testing workflows. We are looking for professionals who have strong automation expertise along with familiarity with AI agents and prompt engineering

Responsibilities
  • Partner with teams to derive test cases from requirements.
  • Develop/update web automation scripts (Cypress/Playwright); API tests.
  • Automate manual cases; integrate into CI/CD; execute/analyze results.
  • Review peer code, manage defects, and support release testing.
Requirements

Education: BE/B.Tech/MTech/MCS (Computer Science).

Must-Have Skills:

  • OOP proficiency; JavaScript/TypeScript coding.
  • Familiarity with Playwright MCP, AI agents and Prompt Engineering is a MUST
  • Hands-on experience on Cypress/Playwright automation tools is MUST
  • Familiarity with BDD Frameworks (Cucumber/SpecFlow).
  • Agile; web architecture; HTML/CSS/JS; API (JSON/XML); SQL; CI/CD.

: ISTQB; AI testing tools.
