Job Description: Senior UI/UX Executive

Location: Bangalore, India (In-Office) Work Mode: Strictly Work from Office (No WFH)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Executive to join our design

team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in crafting

seamless user experiences and visually stunning interfaces. You will be responsible for the

entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to final high-fidelity UI design.

As a senior member, you will ensure that all digital products are intuitive, user-friendly, and

aligned with our brand identity while maintaining a strict focus on productivity within our office

environment.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct thorough research to understand user needs, pain points, and

industry trends.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low and high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and

interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Visual Design: Design aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces for web and

mobile platforms.

• UX Strategy: Develop and implement UX strategies that improve user engagement and

conversion rates.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure technical

feasibility and high-quality implementation of designs.

• Design Systems: Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency

across all products.

• Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve existing

designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a UI/UX design role.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator), and prototyping tools.

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of UX principles and

high-quality UI execution is mandatory.

• Typography & Layout: Strong command over visual design elements, including

typography, color theory, and grid systems.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design

decisions to stakeholders.

• Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex design challenges with creative and user-centric

solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

• Work Policy: This is a full-time, in-office position. Candidates must be willing to work from

our Bangalore office daily. Work-from-home requests will not be entertained.

• Availability: Ability to join within 15 to 30 days is highly preferred.
