Project Scope

You will lead the UI/UX redesign and experience evolution of the career platform, including:

Complete UX Audit

Evaluate current flows, friction points, usability gaps

Identify drop-off triggers

Suggest conversion and engagement improvements

Benchmark against global B2C SaaS leaders

2️⃣

Information Architecture (IA)

Restructure navigation

Improve feature discoverability

Design intuitive user journeys

Build scalable UX architecture for upcoming features

3️⃣

High-Impact UI Redesign

Modern, clean, premium design system

Responsive web experience (desktop-first, mobile - optimised)

Micro-interactions and smart transitions

Design system creation (components, tokens, states)

4️⃣

Feature Experience Design

We are on-boarding new functionalities. You will:

Translate product requirements into intuitive user flows

Design on-boarding journeys

Improve dashboard usability

Optimize conversion flows (sign-up, subscription, usage loop)

5️⃣

Conversion & Behavioural UX

Apply psychology-driven UX principles

Improve CTA placement and user triggers

Optimise engagement loops

Design habit-forming product journeys

Who We’re Looking For

You MUST have:

• 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX experience
• Strong B2C product background (SaaS preferred)
• Proven experience improving conversion and retention
• Strong portfolio with measurable results (numbers matter)
• Deep understanding of:
• UX research
• Wireframing
• Interaction design
• Conversion optimization
• Behavioural UX principles

Bonus if you have:

Experience designing AI-powered products

Experience with resume, career, HR-tech, or productivity tools

SaaS growth optimisation experience
