Role Description

Deliver the assigned project to customer that involve complete lifecycel fo delivery from SRS, GAP Analysis, configuration, Internal UAT, prepare training documents, conduct customer UAT, data migration and move the softwre to production.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Conduct SRS input meeting ith customer and preparation SRS/ GAP Analysis
  • Coordindate with Development team to get the customization or development completed
  • Test the user scenarios to ensure all customer GAPs are fulfilled
  • Configure the software, prepare training manuals
  • Conduct fianal UAT with customer for sign-off
  • Perform any data migration activities and take the system into production
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software delivery experience in ERP, CRM and HR domains
