About the Job
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain iOS applications using modern technologies and best practices
  • Participate actively in code reviews and enforce coding standards
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to plan and deliver features
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in a timely manner
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
  • Ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria and are properly tested
  • Write and maintain automated and manual test cases
  • Improve test coverage and integrate automated tests with CI pipelines
  • Evaluate and introduce tools to enhance development and testing practices
  • Contribute to Agile/Scrum processes and sprint activities
  • Continuously research and adopt new technologies and best practices
Required Skills & Technologies
  • Strong experience in iOS development (Swift)
  • Knowledge of Clean Architecture, REST APIs, HTTP protocols
  • Experience with SwiftUI, Firebase, Cloud services
  • Familiarity with C/C++ and Objective-C concepts
  • Understanding of application lifecycle, threading, and processes
  • Hands-on experience with Xcode and Cocoa frameworks
  • Experience with TDD, BDD, and Agile methodologies

Qualifications
  • Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA from reputed institutions
  • Experience: Relevant experience in iOS development
  • Prior experience in technical leadership or mentoring is a plus
Good to Have
  • Exposure to Android development (functional & non-functional testing)
  • Experience in stakeholder reporting and cross-team coordination
