As a part of our latest transformation, we are searching for an experienced Senior Automation Test Engineer In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality is at the heart of engineering practices, with a bias towards test and tooling automation. Additional responsibilities include reviewing functional and technical requirements, performing research, designing solutions, and developing automated test case solutions for web-based enterprise applications and aid in quick to market strategy. Automated testing experience is a requirement for this role. Candidates without automation testing experience will not be considered.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in manual and automation testing using Playwright/Selenium with C#.Net(Preferred) .
• Proven experience with test automation frameworks.
• Proficient in using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar.
• Proficiency in authoring, reviewing, and executing manual test cases
• Experience in Test Cases Management tools like TestRail and Azure Test Plans.
• Exposure to Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices. Jenkins/ Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Experience with Modern source control systems.
• Experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, or Rest Assured).
• Expertise in SQL and relational database concepts, Azure SQL.
• Experience in Agile and Scrum development.
• Experience in worked in the GRC domain added an advantage especially in multi-tenant SaaS application.
• Excellent verbal and writing communications skills and be able to work with multiple internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop testing strategies and frameworks that leverage both traditional methods and AI-assisted testing tools for maximum coverage and efficiency.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites with AI-enhanced capabilities for regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Utilizing latest versions of our technology stack and be encouraged to think creatively to produce high quality, reusable and maintainable automated testing solutions
• Responsible for leading and foster an automation first approach for your scrum team(s)
• To work closely with the Product Owner and scrum team(s) to help deliver high quality automated test scripts inside of agreed timescales
• Responsible for maintain automation improvements.
• Should be able to Troubleshoot when blocked on automation scripts, pipeline execution.
• Provide technical mentorship and upskilling to scrum team members and across functional boundaries
• Contributing to a culture of high quality, personal ownership and customer focused execution
