Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud adoption strategies and solution design.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and migrating from on-premises applications and databases to cloud.
- Manage and administer the Azure environment, including network provisioning, configuration, monitoring, policy governance and security.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) scripts using tools like Terraform for the provisioning and management of cloud resources.
- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python and Bash scripting.
- Participate in On-call support for Azure related incidents.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and experience with implementing security controls in a cloud.
- Analyze existing operational standards, processes, and/or governance to identify and implement improvements.
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested solutions and technologies meet the requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud technologies, Azure services, and industry best practices to inform and improve solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

Profile required
- Hands on experience in Azure for a minimum of 5 years.
- Scripting Knowledge on Powershell, Python & Shell Scripting.
- Good Knowledge on Azure VM, Virtual networking, Azure Postgres, Azure Kubernetes services, best practices on Azure security services.
- Good knowledge on Azure Monitor.
- Should be able to implement cloud security best practices (identity, access control, encryption etc).
- Configure firewall rules, IAM policies and security groups
- Use tools like Azure cost management for cost optimization.
- Good Knowledge on CI/CD integrations tools such as Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions.
- Azure certification (AZ 104 / AZ 305 / AZ 204) & DevOps experience are a plus.
- Experience on working with SQL and NoSQL Databases.
- Finance and Banking Experience will be highly regarded.

- Guarantee best practice and quality of the code of the whole team.
- Organize and optimize/industrialize the process of development.
- Propose technical solutions.
- Participate to the construction of the technical infrastructure when needed.
- Work in a team with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, pair programming, etc.)
- Collaborate with POs and Business Analysts in the user requirements division (Epics) in user’s stories
- Participate in the development of the technical culture of the feature team (craftsmanship, pairing, review, etc.).
- Mentoring the team with good practices (unitary test cases) in coding and unblocking your team when they are blocked with technical challenges.
- Ensuring software craftsmanship (code coverage, code smells, API quality)and best practices are followed and adhere to those.
- Ensuring the quality of deliveries to production on time.
