Responsibilities:

• On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible to -
• Build, mentor, and grow a team of product designers across experience levels, establishing design processes, critiques, career development frameworks for designers to thrive
• Transform complex revenue workflows into elegant design solutions, and ensure designs connect to business goals
• Champion user-centered design practices and elevate design maturity across the organization
• Create an environment for team success by removing blockers, providing clear direction, and fostering a collaborative culture of learning and continuous improvements
• Direct design efforts toward measurable outcomes, ensuring the team focuses on high-impact work that drives user and business value

Skill Set:

• THE SKILL SET:
• 12+ years of product design experience
• 3+ years experience as a people management
• A strong portfolio demonstrating B2B SaaS product design work
• Ability to set clear goals, drive accountability and cultivate a strong sense of ownership
• Strategic thinking and ability to balance immediate needs and long-term vision
• Strong coaching and talent development skills, focused on elevating the design craft across the team.
