Job Description

NPD & NPI: Lead new product development and introduction with flawless execution across concepting, design, engineering, validation, and manufacturing.

  • Product Ideation & Innovation: Identify consumer needs, spot trends, and analyze competitors to create disruptive and differentiated accessories.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the full cycle-concept validation, business case, design, prototyping, pilot, launch, and scaling.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, R&D, quality, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless launches.
  • Vendor/ODM/EMS Management: Partner with domestic and international vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Consumer Insights & Market Research: Conduct research to define winning features, price points, and positioning strategies.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Define launch roadmaps, partner with marketing for impactful campaigns, and enable sales teams with strong product stories.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all products meet boAt's high standards of safety, durability, and compliance.
  • Category Ownership & Management: Drive portfolio profitability, market share, and performance while continuously refining roadmaps.
The Successful Applicant

5+years of experience in Product Management in Consumer Electronics, or FMCG Durables.

  • Proven expertise in NPD, NPI, and full product lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of ODM/EMS ecosystems (India/China/Vietnam).
  • Technical understanding of Accessories (Mobile,Laptop,Gaming,Vlogging) is a plus.
  • Experience in consumer insights, product innovation, and competitive benchmarking.
