Position: Sr. UI/UX Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can independently own the end-to-end design process. The ideal candidate should be strong in wireframing, capable of understanding product requirements from documentation, and able to translate them into intuitive, user-centric designs. A working knowledge of HTML and CSS is required to ensure smooth collaboration with development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand business and product requirements from requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and accuracy
- Collaborate with developers using HTML and CSS knowledge to ensure design implementation matches design intent
- Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on feedback
- Maintain and enhance design consistency and usability standards
- Take complete ownership of assigned design tasks and deliver with minimal supervision
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong expertise in wireframing and prototyping
- Proven ability to understand and interpret requirements from documentation
- Hands-on knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Experience working with design systems
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or frontend frameworks
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
