About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our talented design team. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of expertise in designing high-end mobile and web applications, with a proven track record of creating visually refined and user-centric digital experiences. As a Senior UI/UX Designer at TECEZE, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design strategy and delivering exceptional user interfaces that align with our brand standards and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive, scalable, and aesthetically compelling digital products. Your leadership in establishing design systems, conducting user research, and mentoring junior designers will be vital to our continued success in delivering innovative solutions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a combination of technical expertise, creative vision, and leadership skills. Essential qualifications include a minimum of 10 years of UI/UX design experience for mobile and web applications, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-end, polished digital products. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision is mandatory. A deep understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, interaction design, and information architecture is required. Responsibilities

As a Senior UI/UX Designer at TECEZE, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading end-to-end UX design processes, from discovery and research to final delivery, ensuring user-centric and business-aligned solutions.
• Conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Translating business requirements into detailed user journeys, personas, and experience maps that guide the design process.
• Designing premium, modern, and visually refined interfaces for native mobile apps (Android/iOS), responsive web applications, and dashboards.
• Creating high-fidelity UI designs with meticulous attention to typography, color schemes, iconography, and micro-interactions to ensure visual excellence.
• Developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and motion concepts to validate ideas and facilitate stakeholder collaboration.
• Defining and maintaining scalable design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Applying mobile-first and responsive design principles, ensuring accessibility compliance and usability across various devices and screen sizes.
• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing clear design documentation, specifications, and assets for development handoff.
• Mentoring junior designers, leading design reviews, and advocating best practices in UX and UI design organization-wide.
