Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer
with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, user empathy, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all platforms
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and/or mobile design projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (preferred)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics
- Exposure to SaaS, ERP, or enterprise applications
