Requirements
- 5.5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, functioning as a hybrid designer into Banking doamin.
- Expert proficiency in primary user research methodologies, including user interviews, A/B testing, card sorting, contextual inquiry, and field research.
- Proven experience conducting external design workshops with clients, demonstrating strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced expertise in Figma, UX design, visual design, and UX strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to define and apply personas, user journeys, and service blueprints to guide design decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate UX user stories and design rationale to cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside squad designers, product owners, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in building interactive prototypes to validate concepts and communicate design solutions effectively.
- Experience identifying, designing, and executing user interface experiments, including analyzing data from real-life experimentation and user testing.
- Ability to support product leads and product owners in defining both long-term vision and short-term roadmaps for digital products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements and strategic recommendations.
- Design and deliver high-quality product visualizations, incorporating feedback from squad designers, product owners, and engineers.
- Explore the solution space by iterating on concepts, evolving designs from early-stage wireframes to high-definition, pixel-perfect visuals.
- Build and maintain prototypes to validate design assumptions, facilitate user testing, and clearly communicate design intent to stakeholders.
- Lead and facilitate client-facing design workshops to align on project goals, gather requirements, and drive collaborative decision-making.
- Define, refine, and champion personas, user journeys, and service blueprints to ensure user-centered design across all stages of development.
- Collaborate with squad designers and product owners to plan and execute user interface experiments, analyzing behavioral data and user testing outcomes to inform iterative improvements.
