We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to evolve our platform configuration and lifecycle management capabilities. This role owns the Configuration-as-Code foundation, moving the organization away from fragmented manual processes toward a unified, machine-readable configuration layer with AI-assisted automation. You will operate at the intersection of deep technical infrastructure and cross-functional usability, enabling both internal teams and external customers to safely configure and manage complex healthcare platforms in regulated environments.

5+ years of experience in Platform Product Management or Systems Engineering with strong infrastructure and configuration management expertise. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated testing. Proven ability to manage multi-tenant, version-controlled platforms at scale. Strong stakeholder negotiation skills across technical and non-technical teams. Preferred: experience with AI-driven workflow automation, familiarity with healthcare standards such as FHIR, and experience working in regulated environments including HIPAA or GxP.
