The Tech Stack & Expertise
- Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Java / Python / Go / Nodejs. Expert in asynchronous/multi-threaded programming and REST principles.
- Frontend Flair: Hands-on with any JavaScript framework for responsive, high-traffic portals.
- Cloud Architecture: Deep expertise in AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS). Experience with serverless architectures is a must.
- Data & Security: Complex SQL troubleshooting, in-memory databases (caching), and cloud security best practices (Auth0).
- Engineering Excellence: Strong grasp of SOLID principles, functional vs. OOP paradigms, and performance tuning.
Who You Are
- A mentor and leader who has previously acted as a Engineering manager / Technical Team Lead within a team.
- A polyglot developer comfortable switching between multiple languages.
- An Agile advocate who is detail-oriented and thrives in collaborative or independent settings.
- Bonus Points: AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect.
