Role Overview

We are seeking a highly technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of our enterprise platform. You will be the bridge between complex engineering architectures and business value. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures, ensuring our platform is scalable, resilient, and highly integrated.

Key Responsibilities:-
  • Product Strategy: Define the roadmap for our enterprise platform, focusing on scalability, developer experience, and system interoperability.
  • Technical Integration: Lead the strategy for integrating our platform with third-party and internal enterprise systems (ERPs, CRMs, IoT Gateways).
  • Architecture Advocacy: Partner with Engineering to make trade-offs between speed and technical debt, specifically in the context of Distributed Systems and Event-Driven Architectures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with enterprise clients to understand complex requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the dev team.
  • Platform Management: Manage the lifecycle of platform features, from discovery and API design to documentation and deprecation.
Technical Requirements:-
  • Architecture Knowledge: Deep understanding of microservices, Kafka/RabbitMQ (event-driven design), and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Enterprise Systems: Experience building or managing products in the B2B/Enterprise space (SaaS or On-prem).
  • API-First Mindset: Expertise in REST/gRPC API design and integration patterns.
  • Technical Background: Prior experience as a Software Engineer or Technical Architect is strongly preferred.

  • Strategic thinker who can navigate complex technical landscapes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Obsession with system reliability and user experience in technical products.
