About the Job
We are seeking an accomplished Technical Project/Product Manager with 12+ years of progressive experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. This role combines technology leadership, deep domain expertise, and end-to-end product/program delivery to drive strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable digital solutions aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. Locations: Indore / Bengaluru / Pune / Hyderabad.
Requirements
12–15 years of experience in Technical Project Management and/or Product Management, primarily in BFSI. Strong understanding of digital payments (UPI, cards, wallets), core banking systems, lending & credit lifecycle, risk/compliance/fraud/security, and insurance workflows. Proven enterprise-scale program delivery across the SDLC (scope, architecture, sprint planning, execution, testing, deployment, rollout). Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PCI-DSS, ISO). Strong technical foundation (APIs, microservices, cloud, integration patterns, data platforms). Expertise in Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe and tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps. Strong stakeholder management, executive reporting, and escalation handling. Experience building business cases, ROI models, KPIs, and dashboards. Job poster note: 5+ years of Product Management experience.
