Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Technical Product Manager

with strong SAP domain exposure to lead software delivery and product strategy initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of

technical expertise, product management, and Agile delivery experience

, ensuring high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with distributed teams while supporting stakeholders in the European time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement software delivery strategies, processes, and standards for development teams
• Manage product scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals
• Establish and track development schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies(Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Drive backlog grooming and refinement, working closely with Product Owners to prioritize epics and user stories
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements, regulatory compliance, and security standards
• Monitor team velocity and implement continuous improvement practices
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to ensure technical solutions meet product goals
• Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans

Required Skills Experience

• 8+ years of overall experience in software development or related roles
• 4+ years in software delivery / product management / program management roles
• Strong technical background with hands-on or conceptual understanding of software development
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies(Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in backlog management, user story creation, and prioritization
• Familiarity with source code management tools(e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to DevOps practices and delivery models
• Good understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)or data center infrastructure technologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in SAP environments or SAP-based projects
• Experience in enterprise-scale or distributed delivery models
• Ability to work across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Working Requirements

• Candidates must be based in India
• Must be comfortable working in European time zones
• Expected availability: Immediate to 2 weeks
