Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ranchi for a skilled UI/UX Designer. The designer will work on creating user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing interfaces, ensuring intuitive user experiences for both gaming and IT projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing mockups, designing visuals, prototyping solutions, and collaborating with developers to optimize front-end implementation. The role also involves understanding user needs and translating them into intuitive interface designs to enhance usability and functionality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Mockups and Visual Design concepts
• Expertise in User Experience Design (UED) and crafting intuitive user flows
• Strong skills in Prototyping for interactive and static designs
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development for effective collaboration with developers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex ideas into simple designs
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of Esports or Gaming Industry design trends is a plus but not mandatory
