We are seeking a talented and versatile Visual Designer to join our dynamic team at Naya. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex ideas, features, and updates into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our users and stakeholders. Your work will encompass a wide range of visual storytelling, from social media campaigns and product highlights to presentation decks, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the innovative spirit of Naya.
You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of the brand by defining and evolving its look and feel through typography, graphics, motion, and tone. Additionally, you will design micro-campaigns that highlight new features and innovations, experimenting with fresh approaches to inspire users and enhance engagement. This role involves navigating ambiguity by breaking down complex processes, identifying core problems, and developing strategic plans to address them. You will own the end-to-end design process, from initial scope definition and low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity visuals and detailed handoff specifications. Your keen eye for pixel perfection and attention to detail will ensure that every visual element aligns with our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a formal background in graphic design, product design, animation, or related fields, complemented by 3-5 years of professional experience. Experience working in fast-paced startup environments is highly desirable. You should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in visual storytelling, UI/UX design, and graphic creation, with a preference for candidates who have experience in animation and motion graphics.
You must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. A collaborative mindset is essential, with a penchant for giving and receiving constructive feedback. You should be a fast and adaptable learner, comfortable working in ambiguity and experimenting with new tools and technologies.
