Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a User Experience Designer. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking methodologies, creating engaging visual designs, developing intuitive user experiences (UX), and building interactive prototypes. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused design solutions that improve customer satisfaction and achieve project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
• Proficiency in Visual Design and creating engaging interfaces
• Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) design, including usability principles and information architecture
• Ability to develop Prototypes to test and iterate design concepts effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in technology, product development, or innovation-focused organizations is a plus
