About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
  • User Research: Conduct user research, gather requirements, and analyze user behavior to improve product usability.
  • UI Design: Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
  • Development: Convert UI designs into responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Design Systems: Maintain consistency through reusable components and design guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and interaction design.
  • Abilities: Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and case studies.
