Beaut Group is building SuperOwl, an AI-powered assistant that helps local businesses manage customer enquiries, calls, bookings, and follow-ups automatically.

We are looking for a 'UI/UX Intern' who is passionate about understanding real user behavior and improving product experience through usability testing, field research, and feedback-driven design.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include

• Conduct usability testing sessions with real users to identify friction points in the product
• Perform field testing by interacting with local businesses and end users to understand real-world usage
• Observe and document user behavior, pain points, and interaction patterns
• Collect structured feedback through interviews, surveys, and product walkthroughs
• Analyze feedback and translate insights into clear UX improvement recommendations
• Work closely with product and tech teams to iterate and refine user flows
• Create simple wireframes or flow suggestions to improve usability
• Validate implemented changes through repeat testing cycles
• Maintain reports on testing outcomes, learnings, and UX improvements
• Support continuous improvement of the AI interaction experience (calls, chat, booking flow)
