As we grow, we’re looking for a UI/UX Intern to join our small, tight-knit team and work directly with our client on shaping thoughtful, user-first experiences across projects.

We’re not here to check boxes. We’re here to build people up. This is a mentorship-first role, and you’ll be working closely with our client who’s building something from the ground up. You’ll be encouraged to explore, challenge, and think beyond the screen.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:

• Shadow and collaborate directly with our client on UX challenges across real-world digital products.
• Take ownership of small UI/UX projects, from discovery to delivery.
• Talk to actual users and translate insights into meaningful design changes.
• Join product discussions as a collaborator, not just a note-taker.
• Design intuitive, human-centered experiences that actually help people.
