About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our early-stage team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across all touchpoints of our platform. This high-impact, high-ownership role offers an opportunity to influence how developers perceive and interact with our product—from the website and product interface to branding and marketing assets. As a core member of our team, your work will directly impact user activation, trust, and long-term growth. Since SuprSend is a product-led startup, design is central to our success; therefore, your craft will be instrumental in driving conversion, adoption, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing a user-centered mindset and a passion for creating intuitive, beautiful, and functional interfaces that resonate with developers and technical users.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within SaaS, Developer Tools, or B2B environments. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in product UI, user flows, web design, and design systems is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Webflow is required, along with a solid understanding of design principles including composition, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography. The ideal candidate should demonstrate first-principle thinking, research-oriented approach, and the ability to innovate by learning from team and external sources. Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment and taking high ownership of projects is highly valued. Bonus points for experience in designing animations, which can enhance the user experience further.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive product flows and interfaces that simplify complex technical features for developers and end-users alike.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI components for core product surfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Redesign and continually improve the website and landing pages to enhance clarity, build trust, and drive product-led growth (PLG) conversion metrics.
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system, visual guidelines, and overall brand language that reflects our company’s identity and values.
• Develop marketing assets such as newsletters, social media graphics, case studies, and presentation decks to support branding and outreach efforts.
• Conduct rapid user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform iterative design improvements.
• Ensure consistency in design language across all product and brand touchpoints, fostering a developer-friendly aesthetic.
• Collaborate closely with founders, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, impactful user experiences.
