What You’ll Own
- Product Design – End-to-end UX and UI for our web & mobile apps: flows, wireframes, hi-fi mocks, interactive prototypes.
- Design System – Maintain and evolve a consistent, reusable component library across all touch-points.
- Brand & Visuals – Create illustrations, merch, and marketing assets that feel unmistakably “Contineu.”
- Website – Design, ship, and iterate on high-conversion web pages in Framer/Webflow (no dev hand-offs needed).
- Iterative Feedback Loops – Test with users, run quick experiments, and refine fast—data over ego.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work daily with product, engineering, and founders to ship pixel-perfect features on time.
Must-Haves
- 1+ Years professional UI/UX experience with shipped B2B or SaaS products.
- *Expert in*
Figma; strong chops in Photoshop, Illustrator; bonus: Framer / Webflow for no-code builds.
typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy—you can justify every pixel.
- Proven mobile + web portfolio demonstrating clean, user-centric design.
- Clear communicator who defends design decisions with data and user-research insights.
- Obsessive attention to detail and the drive to polish until it’s “done-done.”

- Motion design or micro-animation skills.
- Experience in data-heavy or 3D/visual-analytics interfaces.
- Familiarity with construction tech or other industrial domains.
