Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have experience designing custom web and mobile applications, with a strong understanding of user behavior, usability principles, and modern design trends.
Key Responsibilities:User Experience (UX) Design
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior
- Create user personas, user journeys, and experience flows
- Define information architecture and navigation structures
- Ensure seamless and intuitive user experiences
User Interface (UI) Design
- Design high-quality UI for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, mockups, and pixel-perfect designs
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, and design systems
- Follow modern UI trends and responsive design principles
Prototyping & Testing
- Create interactive prototypes for better visualization
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback
- Iterate designs based on user insights and business goals
Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Analysts, developers, and product teams
- Understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions
- Ensure proper design handoff to developers
Design Systems & Documentation
- Create and maintain design systems and UI guidelines
- Prepare design documentation and style guides
- Ensure scalability and consistency across products
Required Skills:Design Skills
- Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design
- Expertise in UI design for web and mobile platforms
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Tools & Technologies
- Figma (mandatory)
- Adobe XD / Sketch (optional)
- Prototyping tools (Figma, InVision, etc.)
Technical Understanding
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Understanding of design handoff and developer collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or related field
- Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Mandatory experience in custom web and mobile application design
- Strong portfolio showcasing real project work
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, LMS, fintech, or marketplace platforms
- Understanding of UX research methods and usability testing
- Experience working in Agile environments
