About the Role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (1–2 years experience) who can help us design intuitive, high-impact digital experiences in a mission-driven healthcare product.
You will work on solving real-world, high-stakes user problems,from simplifying complex medicine journeys to improving trust and accessibility for patients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
● Design clean, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
● Translate complex healthcare workflows into simple user journeys
● Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
● Conduct UX research (user interviews, usability testing, behavioral insights)
● Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams
● Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and UI libraries in Figma
● Improve conversion, trust, and usability across key funnels (search, checkout, adherence flows)
● Continuously iterate using data, user feedback, and product insights
Required Skills
● Figma (Advanced): Mastery of auto-layout, components, variants, constraints, and prototyping
● Product Design Thinking: Ability to solve problems end-to-end,from user pain points to scalable solutions
● UX Research: Hands-on experience with user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and insight synthesis
● Component-Based Design: Strong experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems
● Interaction Design: Understanding of micro-interactions, states, feedback loops, and usability patterns
● Information Architecture: Ability to structure complex data (like medicines, categories, filters) into intuitive navigation
● User Flows & Journey Mapping: Skilled in simplifying multi-step, high-friction experiences (e.g., checkout, onboarding)
● Data-Driven Design: Ability to use product metrics, funnels, and user behavior to iterate designs
● Conversion & Usability Focus: Understanding of designing for trust, clarity, and high-conversion funnels
● Visual Design Fundamentals: Strong command over typography, color systems, spacing, and visual hierarchy
● Accessibility (Nice depth expected): Awareness of inclusive design principles (contrast, readability, usability for all users)
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with PMs, developers, and stakeholders in an agile setup
● Handoff & Developer Collaboration: Experience with clean design handoffs, annotations, and working with dev constraints
● Problem Structuring: Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear design tasks
● Attention to Detail: Pixel-perfect execution with consistency across screens and states
AI Skills (Must Have)
● Hands-on experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g., Figma AI, ChatGPT, Notion, etc.)
● Ability to leverage AI for:
○ Faster ideation and wireframing
○ UX writing and microcopy generation
○ Design exploration and iteration
● Understanding of how AI can improve healthcare UX and personalization
Good to Have
● Prior experience in a product-based company (preferred)
● Experience in healthtech, e-commerce, or high-conversion funnels
● Basic understanding of frontend (HTML/CSS)
● Experience designing for trust-sensitive products (payments, healthcare, etc.)
