About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our remote team, based in India, to help define and elevate our product experience. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual and functional aspects of our platform, ensuring it remains user-centric, intuitive, and enterprise-grade. As a key member of our product team, you will work closely with the founders and engineering teams to craft designs that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and aligned with our strategic goals.

This position demands someone with exceptional taste, strong product judgment, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for clarity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that balances complexity with simplicity. You will be instrumental in translating complex workflows into seamless user experiences, ensuring that our platform remains at the forefront of enterprise assessment technology.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product design, with a compelling portfolio demonstrating excellent taste, end-to-end thinking, and a strong visual sense.
• Proficiency in designing clean, refined, and enterprise-ready interfaces that communicate trust and credibility.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy processes without compromising clarity or depth.
• Strong product intuition, with the capacity to make informed decisions quickly and confidently.
• Experience working in early-stage, high-growth environments with limited structure and high ownership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in founder-led or small team settings.
• Knowledge of design systems, patterns, and principles that support scalable product development.
• Bonus: Experience with B2B or workflow-intensive software, full-stack development, game design software, or a keen eye for visual restraint and taste.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for core workflows affecting both employers and candidates.
• Translate complex hiring, assessment, and evaluation processes into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Design high-trust interfaces that are modern, rigorous, and enterprise-ready, ensuring consistency across the platform.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI components, accompanied by detailed specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate directly with founders and engineers to influence product direction and facilitate rapid iteration and deployment.
• Establish and maintain scalable design principles, patterns, and systems that support product growth.
• Bring a strategic perspective to ambiguous challenges, balancing craft, judgment, and innovation.
• Maintain high standards of quality, attention to detail, and visual clarity across all design deliverables.
