1. Design UI/UX assets for web platforms, mobile apps, and enterprise products
2. Create marketing collateral: banners, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations
3. Collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver pixel-perfect design implementations
4. Contribute to maintaining a consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints
5. Write clear, well-structured design documentation and copy in English
6. Participate in design reviews, iterate based on feedback, and meet project deadlines
7. Support client-facing projects with polished visual deliverables
1. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
2. Strong grasp of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
3. Excellent written and spoken English, essential for client communications
4. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
5. Ability to turn creative briefs into compelling visuals
6. Attention to detail and a keen aesthetic sensibility
1. Motion and micro-animation (After Effects, Lottie)
2. Familiarity with HTML and CSS basics
3. Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
4. Experience in agile or sprint-based teams
5. Prior internship or freelance design projects
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
2. 0 to 2 years of professional experience (freshers welcome with a strong portfolio)
