Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user experience, visual design, and usability, with the ability to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric experiences for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Ensure design consistency across platforms and products
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI, UX, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
