Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design outcomes
• Ensure consistent design language and adherence to UI standards and brand guidelines
• Iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real projects across web and mobile
• Good understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with design systems
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with agile development processes
