About the Role
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful and engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create visually appealing and interactive designs with strong attention to user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align designs with business goals.
- Develop, document, and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and refine designs based on feedback and insights.
- Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging UX/UI practices.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, design thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in designing responsive and mobile-first applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development environments.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and interaction design.
- Strong creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Added Advantages (Preferred Skills)
- Experience in 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Knowledge or experience in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Ability to create motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animated UI elements.
