Shipfinex is seeking a sharp, process-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our core team. We don't just need someone who knows Figma; we need a designer who understands Product Logic. Translate complex maritime-crypto concepts into intuitive interfaces for both Web and Mobile.
● Assist in designing user interfaces for web & mobile applications Support in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
● Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to translate business needs into intuitive designs
● Conduct basic user research and usability testing under guidance
● Contribute to our design system by maintaining consistency across screens
● Prepare design handoffs and collaborate with developers during implementation
● Industry Context: You aren't new to Web3. You understand the nuances of DeFi, asset tokenization, and the anxiety a user feels when waiting for a blockchain confirmation.
● Logical Architecture: You can take a complex user flow (like fractional ship ownership) and map it out logically before touching a single pixel.
● System Thinking: We have an existing design language. You must be able to adopt it, maintain it, and contribute to its evolution without breaking consistency.
● Execution & Delivery: You take an assignment, ask the right questions, build the wireframes, prototype the solution, and deliver a clean file that developers can actually use.
● Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals (layout, typography, user flows)
● Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
● Good communication and problem-solving skills

Must show real-world Web3 or Fintech projects. We are looking for case studies, not just Dribbble shots.

Expert-level Figma skills (Auto-layout, Components, Variables).

Experience designing for both Responsive Web and Native Mobile environments.
