Postion Overview:

Harmony United is seeking a highly analytical and systems-driven

UI/UX Expert

to design efficient, scalable, and low-friction user workflows across our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and marketing website experiences.This role focuses on

functionality, structure, and usability

, not visual styling. The ideal candidate understands complex systems (EHR, EMR, CRM, ERP platforms) and can translate business requirements into intuitive, role-based workflows that align with real-world user behavior.The UI/UX Expert will work closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to define how systems operate before visual design or development begins.

Responsibilites:

• Translate business and departmental requirements into scalable, role-based functional workflows
• Design user journeys and interaction logic for EHR systems, dashboards, intake flows, and reporting tools
• Create low-to-mid fidelity wireframes for internal systems and marketing website conversion flows
• Develop information architecture, sitemap structures, and mobile-first navigation frameworks
• Identify usability friction and optimize workflows before engineering development begins
• Document functional specifications and annotations for clear engineering handoff
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure usability, scalability, and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• At least four years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Problem-solving aptitude and excellent communication skills
• Healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industry experience preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating - website & landing pages, digital advertising, print & presentation materials and brand systems.
