About the Job
Role Description:

This is a great fit for someone who can handle both UX structure and high-quality UI, and can deliver clean, developer-ready Figma designs. We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and willing to learn new things.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 months of hands-on experience in UI/UX design (internships, freelance, or academic projects acceptable; preferably website designing)
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design systems and consistency and accessibility and usability standards
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
Key Deliverables:

The designer will work across multiple modules such as:

1. Website Pages

2. Internal Careers Page

3. Job Board

4. Blogs

5. Candidate Tools (Web)

6. Utility Tools

Exact scope will be finalized in phases, based on priority and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong UX thinking (flows, IA, form usability, conversion design)
  • Ability to do UX research
  • Understand design thinking and consumer personas
  • Clean, modern UI design for web (mobile responsive)
  • Figma expertise (Auto Layout, Components, Variants)
  • Ability to deliver clickable prototypes and handoff-ready screens
  • Comfortable designing filter/search experiences, dashboards, and multi-step forms
