Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to bring designs to life.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
- Maintain consistency in designs by adhering to brand guidelines and creating reusable components.
- Create visual presentations and design documentation using Canva to communicate design ideas, user flows, and concepts effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is a plus).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing.
- Experience with design systems and reusable components.
- Awareness of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Interest in emerging technologies like AR/VR, AI, and spatial design.
