Responsibilities:

• Understanding of business goals and aligning the UX strategy with these goals. This includes knowing how to balance user needs with business objectives.
• Understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through various techniques like meeting, and usability testing.
• A well-curated portfolio that demonstrates a range of design projects, from initial concepts and wireframes to final high-fidelity designs.
• Ability to craft clear and concise text for user interfaces. Good UX writing guides users seamlessly through a product and enhances their overall experience.
• Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX design.
• Ability to adapt to evolving design trends, user behaviors, and technological advancements.
• The ability to identify problems, generate solutions, and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of professional experience.
• Skills in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize designs. This includes proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustration, Adobe After Effect and AI tools.
• Having good knowledge of animation creation Such as: Icons and images creation.
• Experience working on a variety of projects, such as websites, mobile apps, Dashboard design, GIF and other digital products.
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing interfaces.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and agile development processes.
