UX Designer (Mobile & Web) Experience Level: Mid-Level (Minimum 3+ Years) Location: Dehradun

The Role We are seeking a seasoned UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing complex web and native mobile applications (iOS/Android).

The ideal candidate is a proficient user of Figma who can lead the user-centered design process from initial research and conceptualization through to final handoff and iteration.

You will be a key advocate for our users, translating business requirements and data into elegant, user-friendly design solutions. Key Responsibilities •

User Research & Analysis: Plan, conduct, and analyze various user research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. •

Design Artifacts: Translate user requirements and research insights into tangible design deliverables, including: o User flows, process flows, and sitemaps. o Low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms. o Interactive prototypes using Figma to communicate design concepts and test interactions.

• Design System & Figma Mastery: Develop and maintain our design system and reusable component libraries within Figma (leveraging features like Auto Layout and Variants) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all platforms.

• Usability Testing & Iteration: Design and execute usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on data insights and user feedback. •

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements, ensure technical feasibility, and align design solutions with business goals. •

Accessibility & Standards: Design products that meet current accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and adhere to mobile platform-specific guidelines (iOS and Android). Required Skills and Qualifications •

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, specifically designing user experiences for mobile and web applications. •

Expert proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and creating and maintaining design systems. • A strong portfolio showcasing a human-centered design process and successful delivery of responsive mobile and web experiences. •

Deep understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and interaction design. • Experience with responsive design principles and designing for multiple screen sizes and viewports.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and defend design rationale to stakeholders. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
