About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented UI UX Designer to design intuitive, visually compelling, and user centered digital experiences for our technology platforms. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across India and the US to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions that meet premium global standards.

This role is open to early career professionals and motivated freshers who are passionate about design and eager to learn fast.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience Design

Design seamless user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and interaction models that prioritize usability, accessibility, and clarity.

User Interface Design

Create high quality UI designs including layouts, components, icons, and visual systems that align with brand guidelines and product goals.

Research and Discovery

Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions and continuously improve user experience.

Collaboration with Product and Engineering

Work closely with product managers and developers to translate business and functional requirements into feasible and scalable design solutions.

Design Systems and Consistency

Contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Iteration and Feedback

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams while balancing usability, aesthetics, and technical constraints.

Handoff and Support

Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for developer handoff and support implementation during development and QA phases.

Requirements

Experience

0 to 3 years of experience in UI UX design for web or mobile applications. Experience with SaaS or enterprise platforms is a plus.

Design Skills

Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.

Tool Proficiency

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.

Technical Awareness

Basic understanding of frontend technologies and constraints including responsive design and component based systems.

Communication

Strong verbal and written English skills to collaborate with US leadership, clients, and cross functional teams.

Portfolio

A portfolio showcasing UI UX projects, design thinking, and problem solving skills is mandatory.

Adaptability

Ability to handle feedback constructively, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
