Role Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience who can create clean, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in UI/UX, understands design processes, and is looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Interface Development
- Design clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for websites
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Translate requirements into structured design solutions
- Improve existing designs for better usability and performance
- Maintain consistency in UI elements, typography, and color systems
User Experience
- Apply basic user experience principles to improve usability
- Support user flows, journeys, and information architecture
- Create simple interactive prototypes for better visualization
- Assist in usability improvements and design optimizations
Collaboration
- Work with developers and internal teams to execute designs
- Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively
- Participate in feedback and iteration cycles
- Ensure smooth design-to-development handoff
Growth & Contribution
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends and tools
- Take initiative in improving designs and workflows
- Contribute to basic design systems and component libraries
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Portfolio showcasing website or landing page designs
- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and design thinking
- Experience creating wireframes and UI designs
- Basic knowledge of responsive design
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Figma
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Basic understanding of web design (HTML/CSS is a plus)
- Familiarity with grids, spacing, and layout systems
- Ability to prepare clean and developer-friendly designs
