Product-focused UI/UX Designer
who can help bring consistency, clarity, and structure across multiple digital products. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working in fast-moving environments and is comfortable balancing hands-on design with strategic thinking.

unifying user experiences across multiple products

The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and is comfortable working closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate user needs into intuitive, scalable interface solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Experience Design
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to translate user needs into intuitive interface solutions
- Design and improve workflows that simplify complex processes
- Create seamless user journeys that enable users to complete critical tasks efficiently
Design System & Visual Direction
- Evolve and strengthen an existing
Design System
to ensure consistency across 2–3 products
- Develop and standardize:
- Component libraries
- Typography
- Color and spacing systems
- Drive consistency across interfaces and interaction patterns
Design Operations & Structure
- Audit, consolidate, and organize existing
Figma files
from multiple teams into a scalable structure
- Establish reusable components and design patterns
- Improve collaboration between design, product, and engineering
Innovation & Modern Design Practices
AI-assisted design tools
to accelerate iteration and improve design quality
- Contribute to conversational or context-driven UI patterns where relevant
Strategic Contribution
- Provide design recommendations that influence product decisions
- Help define how the platform presents itself across different users and stakeholders
Experience & Qualification
in UI/UX or Product Design for digital or software products
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Figma
in a product or SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Building or significantly contributing to a
Design System
- Standardizing design patterns across multiple modules or products
- Improving usability of complex dashboards or workflows
- Experience working in
startup or fast-paced product environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- End-to-end product thinking
- Problem-solving approach
- Real product impact (not just visual design)
