About the Role

We have developed a React JS-based web application and a React Native mobile app for rent-a-car business operations.

We are looking to significantly enhance the UI/UX, usability, and overall user experience across both platforms.

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer who can improve our existing system and make it more intuitive, modern, and user-friendly.

We are also open to:

Part-time / Freelance designers for ongoing improvements

Contract-based experts (lump-sum) to audit and guide UI/UX transformation

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design & Improvement

Analyze current web and mobile app interfaces and identify usability issues

Redesign screens to improve user flow, efficiency, and visual clarity

Ensure a consistent experience across web (React) and mobile (React Native)

• Wireframing & Prototyping

Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes

Translate business requirements into structured UI designs

Validate ideas before development

• Visual & Interaction Design

Improve layout, spacing, typography, and color systems

Build and maintain a consistent design system

Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly design

• Collaboration

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate UI implementation

Provide design specs, assets, and clear handoff documentation

Iterate based on feedback and real usage

• Usability Optimization

Identify friction points in workflows

Suggest improvements for better user experience

Apply user-centered design principles

• Contract / Freelance Scope (UI/UX Audit)

For contract / lump-sum engagements:

Perform a complete UI/UX audit of the existing web & mobile applications

Identify usability gaps, inconsistencies, and workflow issues

Deliver a structured improvement report (with priorities and screen-level suggestions)

Propose modern UI patterns and UX best practices

Provide sample redesigns / wireframes for key screens (preferred)

Guide internal team on implementation approach

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design (web or mobile apps)

Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory)

Good understanding of:

User-centered design

Wireframing & prototyping

Responsive & mobile-first design

Basic knowledge of:

HTML/CSS

Component-based design systems

Strong visual design skills:

Typography

Color theory

Layout & spacing

Good to Have

Experience with React / React Native-based products

Experience in SaaS / dashboard / admin panel UI

Understanding of rental / logistics workflows

Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools
