About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on
UI/UX Designer
who can improve and redesign our product experience across website pages, dashboards, and mobile-first interfaces, while also supporting light frontend execution.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clean, intuitive, and modern digital experiences across web and app-like products, and can also move quickly with light frontend work such as building pages, connecting APIs/endpoints, and handling minor UI fixes or deployment support.
You will work directly with the founder to ship improvements fast and meaningfully raise the overall quality of the product.
What You’ll DoUI/UX Design (Primary)
- Audit the current product UI/UX and identify issues in clarity, layout, hierarchy, trust signals, and user flows
- Redesign key screens and journeys across website pages, dashboards, onboarding flows, pricing pages, forms, and mobile-first product interfaces
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design responsive experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Help define a strong mobile-first design approach for current and future product screens
- Build and maintain a simple design system covering typography, spacing, buttons, forms, cards, tables, and reusable UI components
- Improve visual consistency across the platform
- Make the product feel premium, clean, and easy to understand in a finance context
- Work closely with the founder to simplify messaging and improve the end-to-end user journey
Frontend / Product Support
- Implement small UI changes directly in the codebase using
React / Next.js
- Create new pages and screens based on approved designs
- Support website UI improvements and basic front-end development tasks
- Connect pages to existing APIs/endpoints for basic integration
- Assist with simple deployment tasks and minor UI bug fixes
- Ensure responsive behavior and UI quality across devices
What You BringMust-Have
- Strong UI/UX fundamentals: layout, spacing, typography, hierarchy, and usability
- Ability to design clean, modern, and professional interfaces
- Good working knowledge of
Figma
(or similar design tools)
React / Next.js
for implementing simple screens and changes
- Ability to design for websites, dashboards, and mobile-first user experiences
- Comfort working on an existing product and improving it step by step
- Good communication skills and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Nice-to-Have
- Experience designing dashboards or data-heavy interfaces
- Familiarity with design systems and reusable components
- Strong product thinking, especially around friction reduction and conversion clarity
- Basic understanding of responsiveness, performance, and UI QA
- Experience in fintech, analytics, SaaS, or B2B products
- Exposure to app design or mobile product flows
Working Model
15–20 hours per week
- Every Saturday in-office in Mumbai
for review, planning, and alignment
- Remaining hours can be remote, as long as timelines and deliverables are met
Compensation
₹15,000 per month
- Final offer depends on portfolio quality, speed, ownership, and execution ability
