This role offers the opportunity to shape user experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where design directly impacts product success. You will translate customer needs into intuitive user journeys, creating visually appealing interfaces that delight users while supporting development goals. Working closely with product and creative teams, you will research, prototype, and implement designs that align with both business objectives and user expectations. Accountabilities

• Translate customer requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to research, design, and iterate on user experiences.
• Develop visual assets and maintain design guidelines for consistent implementation.
• Present design concepts and deliverables effectively to stakeholders and internal teams.
• Apply principles of usability, accessibility, and visual design to improve the product experience.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving the company’s design systems and symbol libraries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design or a related field, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency with design tools, particularly Figma; access to a Mac is preferred.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent English copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze user journeys and translate them into intuitive interfaces.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset with a sense of humor.
