UX Designer We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to support all internal AI and SaaS product initiatives, designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. What will you be doing day to day?
Translate user stories into wireframes, user flows, and highfidelity prototypes.
Own UX design across multiple AI and SaaS internal tools and dashboards.
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
Maintain and evolve a unified design system for internal applications. Ensure all designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG).
Your Experience: 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong application-focused portfolio.
Experience designing enterprise or SaaS software endtoend.
Background in agile process and interacting with business stakeholders and product owners, and understanding user stories and epics.
Degree in interactive design, human factors, architecture, or related field (preferred).
Your Skills:
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Ability to design for both web and mobile experiences.
Experience with analytics tools for UX optimization.
Knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility standards.
Interest or background in HRIS/HR Technology-based UX design
