Our mission is to digitize and simplify logistics operations for carriers, owner-operators, brokers, and mechanics through intuitive and scalable software.Role OverviewWe are looking for a UI/UX Engineer with 3–4 years of experience who can bridge design and development. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms.This role is critical as our products are used by:

• Dispatchers (fast decision-making dashboards)
• Drivers (simple mobile workflows)
• Fleet owners & mechanics (data-heavy interfaces)

Key Responsibilities1. UI/UX Design

• Design clean, modern, and highly usable interfaces for:
• TMS (web dashboards)
• Driver mobile app
• Big Garage maintenance platform
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Ensure consistent design systems across all products

2. User Experience Optimisation

• Understand logistics workflows (dispatch, routing, maintenance)
• Improve:
• Load booking flows
• Driver trip sheets
• Maintenance workflows
• Reduce user friction and improve efficiency

3. Front-End Implementation

• Convert designs into responsive, production-ready UI
• Work closely with backend developers for API integration
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

4. Design System & Scalability

• Build and maintain a design system/component library
• Standardize:
• Colours, typography, components
• Interaction patterns
• Ensure scalability as new modules are added

5. Collaboration

• Work closely with:
• Product Owner (you)
• Developers
• QA/Testers
• Participate in:
• Feature planning
• Sprint discussions
• Usability improvements

6. User Research & Testing

• Conduct usability testing with:
• Dispatchers
• Drivers
• Fleet managers
• Gather feedback and iterate on designs quickly

Required SkillsDesign

• Strong experience with:
• Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
• Understanding of:
• UX principles
• Information architecture
• User journey mapping

Frontend

• Proficiency in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with:
• React.js (preferred)
• Responsive & mobile-first design experience

UX Thinking

• Ability to simplify complex workflows
• Experience designing data-heavy dashboards
• Strong problem-solving mindset

Preferred Experience (Highly Valuable for Your TMS)

• Experience in:
• Logistics / Fleet / SaaS products
• B2B platforms
• Designing:
• Maps & route-based interfaces
• Real-time tracking dashboards
• Understanding of:
• Driver behaviour & mobile usability
• Operational tools (dispatch systems, maintenance tools)

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems like Material UI
• Basic knowledge of:
