We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Expert with a strong focus on usability testing and design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating user-centered designs, conducting usability testing, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our digital products deliver seamless, intuitive, and enjoyable user experiences.

Key Responsibilities Usability Testing & Research

• Conduct and analyze usability testing, including in-person and remote testing, A/B testing, user interviews, surveys, and usability heuristics evaluations
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data from users to identify pain points, issues, and areas of improvement in the design
• Analyze test results and generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve product usability
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and scenarios to drive design and testing strategy

UI/UX Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs, brand guidelines, and technical requirements
• Design intuitive user interfaces with a focus on user accessibility, efficiency, and overall experience
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and meet usability standards
• Maintain a strong understanding of design trends, tools, and best practices

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (eg, product managers, developers, QA) to define and implement design solutions that meet both user and business needs
• Present findings, user research, and design solutions to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the design rationale
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute to innovative solutions that enhance the overall user experience

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze usability test data, providing insights into user behavior, task completion rates, and user satisfaction
• Deliver clear, concise, and well-organized reports that outline usability issues, recommend solutions, and prioritize fixes based on impact
• Present findings to stakeholders (designers, product managers, engineers) and facilitate discussions around test results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
• Strong proficiency in design tools (eg, Figma, Adobe XD, etc,)
• Experience in conducting and analyzing usability testing, including moderating user sessions, analyzing data, and reporting insights
• A solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design patterns, accessibility standards, and responsive design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts and research findings clearly and persuasively
• Portfolio showcasing experience in both UI design and usability testing (required)
• Experience of 3+ years of experience in usability testing, user research, UX design, or related field
• Proven experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing usability tests across different platforms (web, mobile, etc)
• Proficiency in usability testing tools such as User Testing, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, Morae, or similar platforms

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of usability principles, heuristics, and user-centered design
• Experience with various research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, field studies, and usability testing
• Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data and communicate insights effectively
• Familiarity with prototyping and design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision
• A solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design patterns, accessibility standards, and responsive design

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in UX or Usability (eg, NN/g UX Certification)
• Experience with eye-tracking software, heatmaps, or other advanced usability testing techniques
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and experience working in Agile teams
