We are looking for a UI Designer & Front-End Developer with strong expertise in mockups, wireframes, and SaaS product design.

This role requires deep hands-on experience in Figma and Adobe design tools, strong knowledge of UI kits and design systems, and the ability to convert approved UI designs into the exact same front-end framework without deviation.

The candidate must understand how to work within design systems, not around them, and translate structured UI kits into clean, scalable, production-ready code.

In addition, the candidate must have experience planning and designing A/B testing variations. This includes creating multiple layout and UX variations for web and mobile pages using Figma or other design tools, with a clear understanding of conversion optimization, user behavior, and performance metrics.

Required Expertise

• Strong experience with Figma and Adobe tools (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator as applicable)
• Proven ability to work with UI kits and structured component libraries
• Experience designing A/B test variations for SaaS platforms, landing pages, funnels, and web applications
• Clear understanding of conversion-focused design and UX experimentation
• Hands-on experience with:
• Tailwind UI / Tailwind CSS components
• Material Design / Material UI (MUI)
• Other modern UI frameworks and design systems
• Ability to convert a Figma UI kit into the exact same framework used in design, with zero visual drift

Key Responsibilities

• Create structured wireframes and mockups aligned with SaaS product logic
• Develop multiple design variations for A/B testing and performance optimization
• Use approved UI kits and component libraries instead of custom-built styling
• Convert Figma mockups and UI kits into the exact same front-end framework
• Ensure spacing, typography, color systems, components, and interactions strictly follow UI kit standards
• Maintain consistency across the application using reusable, framework-aligned components
• Avoid unnecessary custom CSS when a design system component already exists
• Deliver clean, maintainable, scalable front-end code aligned with industry best practices
