We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Graphic Designer (0 to 1 Year Experience) to join our growing tech team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone passionate about user-centered design, visual storytelling, and digital product experiences. You will work closely with developers and product teams to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing
- Develop visually appealing graphics for digital platforms (social media, websites, marketing materials)
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Maintain consistency in branding and design guidelines
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or freelance experience in UI/UX or graphic design
- Portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or personal work acceptable)
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and user testing methods
